ZEMOG EL GALLO BUENO Pavera

The lyrics play with surreal images, mixing English and Spanish, and the idea of laughter as a kind of “medicine” comes back clearly throughout. In a few moments the track brings to mind something from Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, with that slightly wild and theatrical energy. The chorus is lovely, easily the strongest part: it’s direct, catchy, and holds everything together, while the rest works well thanks to the blend of groove, irony and rhythm.
