Bellissima, empatica, con gli occhi pieni di meraviglia. Kiesza a Les étoiles di Parigi ha fatto uno di quei live che ti lasciano addosso belle sensazioni appena fuori dal locale.
La canadese di Calgary è apparsa sul palco con un velo nero in testa e una canottiera dei Toronto Raptors, e la voglia di affermare che la sua carriera non è soltanto una manciata di hit che ancora oggi funzionano benissimo. Dietro di lei un DJ, accanto un ballerino che non si è risparmiato per nulla, buttandosi a corpo morto nella performance.
La scaletta è andata dritta verso la dance, e Kiesza ha regalato un’energia rarefatta, divina, con movenze cariche di eros fin dal primo minuto. “Giant In My Heart” è esploso dal vivo come un bestiale inno dance: cassa potente, voce che buca la sala, una vibrazione fisica che ti prende allo stomaco. Nella seconda parte del concerto la temperatura è salita di colpo: l’eros si è fatto più intenso, più fisico, più diretto. “Hideaway” resta una hit fortissima ancora oggi: grossa, fatta davvero bene, e ha esaltato la sala parigina.
Ci sono stati momenti di pausa, ma senza spegnere l’energia. Kiesza ha chiesto ad esempio chi compiva gli anni e ha fatto salire sul palco una fan. Le hanno messo una fascia, le hanno scattato una foto, tutto mentre lei continuava a cantare. C’era una torta gonfiabile sullo sfondo: il momento è arrivato surreale, ma ha mantenuto un’aria autentica, da festa tra amici.
Lo spettacolo è stato intenso e non solo. Kiesza non si è nascosta dietro stereotipi da star: ha cercato il pubblico costantemente, lo ha guardato negli occhi, lo ha coinvolto. Non è sembrata una diva lontana, ma un’amica che canta per una sala piena di amici. Ha confermato la sua forza: presenza scenica vera, voce solida, un approccio diretto che non ha mai perso il filo.

Beautiful, empathetic, with eyes full of wonder. Kiesza at Les Étoiles in Paris delivered one of those live shows that leave you with good feelings as soon as you step out of the venue.
The Canadian from Calgary appeared on stage with a black veil on her head and a Toronto Raptors tank top, and the desire to state that her career is not just a handful of hits that still work perfectly today. Behind her a DJ, beside her a dancer who spared no effort, throwing himself completely into the performance.
The setlist went straight to dance, and Kiesza offered a rarefied, divine energy, with movements full of eros from the very first minute. “Giant In My Heart” exploded live like a fierce dance anthem: a powerful kick drum, a voice that cuts through the room, a physical vibration that hits you right in the stomach. In the second part of the concert, the temperature rose suddenly: the eros became more intense, more physical, more direct. “Hideaway” remains a massive hit even today: huge, really well made, and it thrilled the Parisian venue.
There were moments of pause, but without dampening the energy. For instance, Kiesza asked who was celebrating their birthday and brought a fan on stage. They put a sash on her, took a picture, all while she kept singing. There was an inflatable cake in the background: the moment became somewhat surreal, but kept an authentic vibe, like a party among friends.
The show was intense and much more. Kiesza didn’t hide behind star stereotypes: she constantly sought out the audience, looked them in the eyes, involved them. She didn’t look like a distant diva, but a friend singing for a room full of friends. She confirmed her strength: true stage presence, a solid voice, a direct approach that never lost the thread.
